Deep inside myself I like to consider myself a chef. While I don’t use illegal marijuana any more I used to be a huge fan of cooking with it.

One of my favorite recipes was marijuana brownies, otherwise known as pot brownies. I would cook marijuana / pot brownies at least every other week as it gave my lungs a chance to recover from smoking marijuana so frequently.

Marijuana / pot brownies are also great for people who can’t smoke marijuana for one reason or another and would like to still get high and need a substitute.

Even if you can smoke marijuana, marijuana / pot brownies will definitely bring getting high into a new light.

First of all, the pot brownie high last for roughly 5 to 8 hours depending how many marijuana brownies you eat. If you eat a lot of pot brownies prepare to be REALLY messed up. One thing that is significantly different from your standard marijuana high is that your body gets extremely stoned. Your body will feel like jello after eating marijuana brownies and you will be extremely relaxed. Prepare to have some pretty crazy trips.

It will take about an hour before the high actually kicks in from the brownies, and you will get progressively more high as time goes on. Please do me a huge favour and do not drive after eating pot brownies, as your judgement will be extremely off.

Here is my favorite marijuana brownie recipe which I use:

  • Begin with a box of brownie mix. The brand is up to you.
  • The instructions on the box will give you a list of ingredients to add to the dry mix. Substitute chocolate syrup for 1/4 of the liquid ingredients.
  • Add one cup of chocolate chips and one cup of walnuts.
  • Add one cup of finely chopped marijuana.
  • Once you have thoroughly mixed all of the ingredients together, pour the mix into a pan two-thirds the recommended size. This will make the individual portions thicker and chewier!
  • Place the pan into the oven and bake at 320 degrees, not 350 degrees as usually recommended. This will require extended baking time.

I recommend you experiment a little with the recipes and doses you eat. Start off small with your consumption. Try eating one pot brownie, and if you don’t feel anything after an hour, eat another half pot brownie… The last thing you want is to eat too many marijuana brownies and wreck your high!

Find tons of great pot recipes including Chicken recipes, pasta, pizza, and hot drinks all jam packed with your favorite ingredient! MARIJUANA!. The pot recipes tend to be a little weak on the marijuana side, but I’m guessing that’s for safety and liability reasons. You can always add more to suit your needs.
