DOSING GUIDELINES
Micro-dosing: Use the micro-dose cutting template on the back of your package to create eight doses of 187.5 mg

Effects begin between 10 to 40 minutes after ingestion and can last between 3 and 6 hours, depending on the dose and the individual.
